Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the facsia. It is a restorative style of yoga where the postures are typically held 5 to 20 minutes. This allows the tissues to experience a release. The main regions targeted are the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This class is low intensity as the muscles are not typically engadged while holding the postures. All levels are welcome.

Hatha Yoga

The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Group Meditation

Nicabliss-Meditation-350Have a meditation practice already? Great! Join us during our daily morning meditation. Meditating in a group can actually strengthen your personal practice by dramatically raising the vibration. Additionally, having the support of other spiritual, like-minded people will assist you on your journey. If you are new to meditation, beginners are welcome after scheduling a one-on-one introductory session.
