NicaBliss offers the following retreats on-site. All of our retreats are geared towards a healthy lifestyle. We are nestled in a tranquil location just outside of the town of San Juan del Sur, providing you with space to relax and take in the beauty of a natural setting. Our staff resides on-site, and there is always someone here to assist you with your needs.

All of our retreats include the following amenities:

Meals
Feel nourished as our natural chef provides you with a healthy and scrumptious, vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We do our best to provide the best and freshest local produce. We can accommodate for special dietary needs and requests.

Accommodations
Enjoy a comfortable, private bedroom and bathroom in a blissful, natural setting away from the hustle and bustle of town. Wake up to the sound of exotic birds, howler monkeys, and the ocean breeze. Rooms have access to shared common space which includes a kitchen, wireless internet, and tv. Spend the afternoon reading a book in one of our hammock areas or take a refreshing dip in our scenic pool.

Yoga
Start your day out right with yoga, meditation and pranayama. Each class is catered to your individual needs and skill level. This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in your practice, create your own yoga routine, or simply discover the benefits of practicing yoga daily. Some of the forms of yoga we offer are hatha, yin yoga, and prenatal yoga.

Meditation
Deepen your meditation practice with daily meditation time. Meditation is offered first thing in the morning with yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness and being present. The meditation format is comprised of silent meditation with pranayamic breathing exercises. Whether you have an existing practice, or are new to meditation we can accommodate to your individual needs and/or desired goals. An introductory class is offered to those who are new to meditation.

Included Activities (one included w/package)
We have partnered with local businesses in town to offer you additional activities. These may include surfing w/lesson, zip lining, rappelling, horseback riding, and/or boat tours.

Day Trips to Local Beaches 
On two of the days, you will be picked up by a driver and taken to one of our local, nearby beaches. Return transportation is also provided. Beaches may included Playa Hermosa, Playa Maderas, and Playa Remanso.

Body Work (Can be purchased for an additional charge)
Nicabliss offers a wide range of body therapies including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Thai/Swedish fusion, ayurvedic massage, marma therapy, pranic healing, Reiki, body wraps, and body scrubs.

Weight-Loss/Detox Retreat

Our approach incorporates holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation, customized workouts, and massage. We teach these skills for you to take home with you because the key to change is empowerment. It's difficult to go back to your destructive patterns after how great you will feel in just one week. Let us help you help yourself.

Healthy Eating Course
You will be offered a hands on opportunity to learn how to prepare healthy, balanced meals. This will provide you with the tools needed to sustain long-term weight-loss success. View food as your friend, eat for health, and learn how to reprogram your unhealthy relationship with food. Let us help you find healthy substitutes for your favorite comfort foods.

Personal Training Sessions
We incorporate a blend of cardio, circuit training, and yoga to create a full body workout that is not only something you can maintain in your day-to-day life, but can be performed virtually anywhere without requiring access to a gym. Personal training sessions are provided every day.

Personalized Meal/Detox Plan
You will sit down with the retreat leader on your first day to put together a personlized course of action appropriate for your detox or weight-loss goals.
